The Tacoma Rainiers and Venture Bank recently announced a five year agreement that will rename Cheney Stadium's Gold Club the Venture Bank Gold Club and make Venture Bank the Official Bank of the Tacoma Rainiers.
Fans to Cheney Stadium this upcoming season will immediately see the impact of this new community partnership. Signage for the Venture Bank Gold Club will be visible all around the park and in all marketing materials.
Gold Club Memberships, as they were known this past season, were a brand new offer targeting South Sound businesses. Complete with all-inclusive beer, wine, soda, bottled water and ballpark snacks, members enjoyed the best seats in the park, VIP parking, and access to the exclusive club at the ballpark.
The long tradition of Rainiers baseball in the Tacoma community coupled with Venture Bank's decades of experience helping Puget Sound area businesses and residents with their financial needs made this partnership a natural fit.
And with both Venture Bank and the Rainiers experiencing strong growth in the South Sound, including potential for a new or renovated Cheney Stadium, the partnership is poised for great things in the upcoming years.

Due to upgraded technology and the federal Check 21 law, bank customers can start to expect less “float” time when they write and deposit checks.
On November 17, 2007, Venture Bank took their first major step towards being Check 21 compliant when we began sending electronic payment information instead of paper checks to other financial institutions for processing. We expect to be fully compliant by March 2, 2008.
So what does this mean for our customers? While the impact is minimal, it is important to be aware of a few key changes and to be prepared. Click here for details on those changes.
